Exhilarate your senses on this fascinating private tour of Hunter Valley wine and produce. Just over a two hour drive north west of Sydney, ‘the Hunter’ is steeped by rolling vineyards and olive groves behind a backdrop of craggy mountains. On this fun day we emphasise visiting ‘off the beaten path’ smaller boutique wineries that hand pick fruit from their own estate. We will take a scenic detour from the main motorway and explore the quieter areas of the Hunter.
Depending on the season we can stroll amongst their vineyards, and pick and taste grapes straight from the vine. Sample scrumptious olives infused with herbs, garlic and/ or chilli and local cheese, matching it to wine of course. And treat yourself to pairing local hand made chocolate to wine – a mind blowing sensation.
