Whilst we try to be as flexible as we possibly can, we do have a few basic conditions when you book with us.
- If you cancel outside of 2 weeks, we’ll refund the deposit less any transaction fees.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of tour departure will incur 50% of total tour costs.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure will incur 100% of total tour costs.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Due to high demands for our services over the summer period (Dec-Feb) we reserve the right to surcharge by 20% on top of our current charges.
- We reserve the right to charge Public Holiday surcharges.
- We reserve the right to not operate on any Public Holidays.
- For multi-day bookings of more than 2 days we require 50% of payment 2 weeks prior to the start of the tour. This payment is non- refundable.
