Day 1: Melbourne to Apollo Bay

Start your journey with the famous coastline of Bells Beach where waves and winds harmonise. You won’t believe your eyes as kangaroos in Anglesea seemingly challenge you to a game of golf, hopping amidst the greens.

Let the stalwart Split Point Lighthouse illuminate tales of sailors of yore, and under the Memorial Archway, feel the pulse of history and passion.

As day fades, the chic coastal paradise, Lorne, beckons. But nature's call is irresistible; imagine spying wild koalas and feeding radiant parrots, their vivid colours vying for your attention.

Hidden lookouts and optional rainforest walks open doorways to wonders, revealing breathtaking panoramas. Dream amidst the sea's lullaby in the quaint embrace of Apollo Bay.

Day 2: Apollo Bay to Port Fairy

Embark upon the legendary Shipwreck Coast, where nature and history blend seamlessly. Witness the iconic 12 Apostles, monoliths that stand testimony to time’s eternal embrace. Let the Loch Ard Gorge and its siblings, The Razorback and Island Archway, unveil stories carved by nature.

Feeling gourmet? The Apostle Whey Cheese Factory offers flavours that will captivate your soul. Wander across the London Bridge, get lost in the tales of Bay of Martyrs, and be enchanted by the Bay of Islands.

As stars blanket the sky, nestle into the fairy-tale town of Port Fairy, where every corner whispers legends of old.

Day 3: Grampians National Park to Melbourne

Travel to the Grampians National Park and experience native wildlife, with kangaroos, wallabies, and emus bidding you good morning. For the gourmands, the Royal Mail Dunkeld promises a feast fit for royalty.

Venture deep into the Grampians National Park - an Eden where each vista outdoes the previous. Stand atop The Pinnacles Lookout and survey realms of uncharted beauty. Echoes of time resound from The Grand Canyon, while McKenzie Falls murmurs tales of cascading splendour.

To seal your journey, let Best's Winery or Langhi Ghiran Winery intoxicate you with elixirs born from the land’s heart.

Exceptional Experiences on My 3 Day/2 Night Tour Along the Great Ocean Road & in Grampians National Park

I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the 3 day/2 night tour that Simon Greenland designed specifically for me to explore the Great Ocean Road(GOR) & Grampians National Park(GNP). Simon is a consummate professional tour guide who was easy to communicate with electronically beforehand who will insure that your specific interests will be served optimally. He is most knowledgeable, considerate, articulate, caring & very willing to modify the proposed itinerary to optimize opportunities to appreciate the unique experiences that one can have on the GOR & in GNP if the weather conditions(in my case rain) merit doing so. Simon is an excellent driver who I felt safe with throughout our entire time together. It was my distinct pleasure to have met Simon and to have him be 100% effective in meeting & exceeding my expectations for my time spent on the GOR & in GNP. There is no doubt that I'd seek out Simon if I return to Victoria in the future.
