Our private Yarra Valley wine tour has been created to showcase the very best wine and food on offer in the Yarra Valley. Throughout the region, there are a host of sensational restaurants all serving delicious local produce and of course, there are so many of Australia’s highest-rated wines and wineries. All complemented with spectacular views across vineyards, cattle farms and rolling green covered hills.

Our private Yarra Valley wine tour works through the palette, starting with a glass of premium sparkling wine at Chandon. We then select wineries to suit your palette based on what we learn from your preferences. The Yarra Valley has so many different varieties of wine and we know all of the wineries including some secret boutique wineries.

We will pick you up from your Melbourne address ( or other by arrangement) and take you through the back roads to the Yarra Valley ( just 1 hr from Melbourne).

Great Yarra Valley Tour

Simon Greenland was the best. I was touring by myself and made arrangements last minute for yarra valley (he responded quickly to email and text). I described what I wanted and he designed a day that fit my needs and tastes. He is super well traveled, has a great story, been in tourism for years, knows many owners of the wineries personally!, knows the wineries' stories, has great anecdotes about the yarra valley. He was great to talk to and learn from. He even gave recommendations about the melbourne area, which were awesome. With pick ups as and drop offs at my hotel made it super easy. Lunch at a great winery which was just lovely. He was Very professional and made it an easy awesome day. I'd easily and highly recommend him to others traveling to the area. It was totally worth it and I would easily do other tours with him.

Amazing tour through the yarra valley

Superb 2 days in the yarra valley. Simon was an amazing guide. Super knowledgeable and tailored our tour to what we were looking for. Tasted some amazing wine, got to see some behind the scenes of wine making (tried some Grenache grape "juice" just settling down for fermentation), and got to talk to some of the winemakers. Cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful Private Tour

Wonderful private winery tour of the Yarra Valley with Simon. His knowledge of the region is exemplary. Highly recommend.

Fantastic private tour

Simon was a fantastic guide. We booked with him because of his deep knowledge and contacts with the smaller vineyards in the area. It was obvious that he had a strong relationship with our hosts. Of particular note was Tarrawarra. In edition to fabulous wine, the lunch was fantastic! A final bonus was a stop to see a "mob" of kangaroos on the way back to the hotel.
